Section 159
Submitting a report to the Government of Nepal
(1). The Authority shall submit a report containing the following details to the Government of Nepal within four months from the end of the financial year:-
(a) details of their work and achievements in the previous financial year, (b) the overall status of the country's insurance business, (c) details of achievements in line with the annual insurance policy, (d) improvement measures to be taken in the insurance sector. (2) The Government of Nepal shall make public the report as per sub-section (1).
